In September 2012, BelovED Community Charter School opened in the Downtown/Lafayette section of Jersey City at 508 Grand Street in a beautiful facility that was built in 2000. An addition was added two years later that included classrooms, a gym, music and art specialty rooms, and a huge technology room. Then we opened a middle school on the property and, in School Year 2019-20, opened our spectacular new high school across the street at 531 Grand Street.
In 2027 BelovED plans to move to a new state of the art facility that is currently under construction. Click here to learn more about the Canal Crossing campus.
